Team Structure
Head of International Patient Services
Oversees all international patient programmes. 1,000+ New Zealand cases coordinated. Background in healthcare administration and dental tourism management.
Senior Patient Coordinators (New Zealand)
Dedicated to New Zealand patient management. Minimum 3 years dental tourism coordination experience. Full understanding of: medical financing release, private health insurance, Medicare, GP referral systems, ET scheduling.
Clinical Liaison Officers
Bridge coordinators and clinical team. Translate medical to plain English. Join clinical consultations as patient advocates.
Aftercare Coordinators
Manage all post-departure follow-up. Schedule remote consultations. Coordinate with New Zealand dentists. Process warranty claims.
