Response: Within 4 NZ business hours (non-urgent); within 1 hour during clinic hours (urgent)

Ella manages the entire non-clinical patient journey: records submission, quote delivery, visa guidance, travel logistics, hotel and transfer booking, treatment schedule, records transmission to NZ GDP, post-return check-ins, and warranty claim routing.

She does not provide clinical advice, that is the role of the treating prosthodontist and oral surgeon. What she provides is continuity: every NZ patient has one named person who knows their case, their timeline, and their situation.

The Clinical Team, Who Treats You

Prosthodontist (Treatment Planning + Prosthetics)

The MDS Prosthodontist assigned to your case reviews your records, prepares the written quote, conducts the video consultation, designs the prosthetic outcome, and delivers the final restoration. They are named before you commit.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (Implant Placement)

For standard implant cases: OMFS-trained surgeon. For zygomatic cases: the surgical lead with 1,800+ zygomatic implant placements, operating under X-Guide dynamic navigation at AIG/Apollo/KIMS partner hospitals.

Periodontist (Tissue Management)

Manages gum tissue preparation, healing assessment, and post-surgical tissue health.

You receive the name of your treating prosthodontist and surgeon before you pay a deposit. You can ask specific questions about their experience with your case type at the video consultation.

The In-Clinic Team (Hyderabad)

During your time in Hyderabad, the in-clinic coordination team manages:

• Airport transfer on arrival day
• Hotel liaison and check-in support
• Day-by-day appointment logistics
• Medication and soft food guidance
• Translation support (English is the working language at Stunning Dentistry; the in-clinic team is fully fluent)
