How the Records Handover Works
1. Before you fly home, we prepare your records package and confirm your remote follow-up schedule.
2. We share with your New Zealand dentist a case report (diagnosis and treatment performed), radiographic records (pre- and post-operative imaging), and prosthetic details (implant positions and prosthesis specification), plus a maintenance and recall outline.
3. Your dentist carries out routine maintenance, examinations, hygiene, and local checks, using that record.
4. If your dentist takes new imaging (an OPG or CBCT), it can be shared with us electronically for remote review against your treatment records.
5. Anything beyond routine maintenance is coordinated between your dentist and our team through your remote follow-up channel.
