Step 1, Free Enquiry (No Commitment)

Submit your panoramic OPG, intraoral photographs, and a brief description of your dental history and situation. No deposit required. No commitment required.

Your coordinator (Ella Watson) reviews the records and responds within 4 NZ business hours with an honest initial assessment, including whether your case is one where travel to India makes financial sense.

Step 2, Written Quote in NZD

If your case is suitable for Stunning Dentistry, the clinical team reviews your records and produces a written indicative quote in NZD within 3–5 business days.

The quote specifies:

• Treatment scope (exact implant system, prosthetic material, number of implants)
• Clinical fee in NZD
• What is included and what is not included
• Recommended visit structure (single-visit or two-visit protocol)

No patient has paid more than their written quote for the scope specified in that quote.

Step 3, Video Consultation with the Treating Clinician

A 30-minute video call with the prosthodontist and/or oral surgeon who will treat you. This is not a sales call, it is a clinical consultation.

You can ask about:

• The surgical approach for your specific anatomy
• Case complexity and anticipated challenges
• Post-surgical recovery timeline
• Implant system rationale for your case
• How your case compares to others they have treated

Step 4, Booking

10% deposit by bank transfer confirms treatment dates. Your coordinator issues:

• Medical invitation letter for the Indian e-Medical Visa (within 24 hours of booking confirmation)
• Visa application guide
• Recommended flight windows aligned to your treatment schedule
• Partner hotel block rate access
• Airport transfer arrangement

Step 5, Travel

Auckland→Singapore→Hyderabad. Approximately 14–16 hours from AKL. Your coordinator confirms arrival details and arranges airport pickup.

Most patients fly in 1–2 days before Day 1 of treatment to allow recovery from the flight before surgery.

Step 6, First Visit: Surgery and Provisional Bridge

Days 1–14 (approximately) in Hyderabad:

You fly home with fixed teeth, not with dentures or a gap.

Step 7, Integration Interval in New Zealand

4–6 months in New Zealand while osseointegration completes. Your coordinator checks in at 1, 3, and 6 months. Your NZ GDP reviews healing at their discretion, the clinical notes and CBCT data are transmitted to them within 5 business days of your return.

During this period: normal diet progresses from soft food to full diet by 6–8 weeks. No contact sports or high-impact activity for 12 weeks post-surgery.

Step 8, Second Visit: Final Zirconia Bridge

12-month remote review programme. Coordinator check-ins at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. Video review with prosthodontist available at any point if a concern arises.

Full records pack (DICOM, STL files, 10–15 page clinical report, 3-page patient summary) transmitted to your nominated NZ GDP for long-term maintenance.

Lifetime warranty on implant bodies active from treatment completion date. 15-year warranty on zirconia bridge. All warranty claims route through your coordinator.
